Women's Volleyball Dominates at RVC Triangular
The Skyhawks were in Rockford Friday for a triangular with Spoon River and Rock Valley. They came away with a 3 set win over Spoon River by scores of 25-15, 25-20 & 25-12. They then won a 4 set match against the hosts RVC by scores of 25-14, 20-25, 25-15 & 25-13.

The Skyhawks improve to 22-11. They return to Arrowhead action on Tuesday as they host Kishwaukee.
